She helps individuals, families, and business owners regain control when tax problems feel overwhelming, turning stressful IRS situations into clear, manageable paths forward.

As a Certified Tax Coach (CTC) with the American Institute of Certified Tax Planners and a Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS) with the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, Thuy brings high-level expertise, proven strategies, and a results-driven approach to every case. She works directly with clients facing back taxes, penalties, audits, payment issues, and collection actions, developing customized solutions that protect their rights, reducing their liabilities, and resolving their tax problems as efficiently as possible. Her mission is not just to fix tax issues, but to help clients rebuild financial stability and confidence for the future.

Outside of the office, Thuy cherishes time spent traveling across Texas and nearby states as a proud “golf mom,” cheering on her children in junior tournaments and savoring the moments that remind her what truly matters.
